Whole School Writing Project

We wanted our children to take part in a Whole School Writing project. This took place in the first week of Term 6. We chose the book Bandoola: The Great Elephant Rescue by William Grill. We wanted our teachers to immerse the children in the book and create lessons in creative writing, non-fiction writing and art all based around the story.

The outcome was that the teachers provided the children with some great lessons and allowed them to collaborate to share their creativity and the children produced some amazing work that has provided the school with a wonderful exhibition of work.
